1. Return Eligibility

You may return a product if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, with tags intact.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Worn, washed, or used items.
  • Items without original packaging or tags.
  • Accessories, undergarments, or sale items (non-returnable for hygiene and policy reasons).

2. Return Timeframe

You must request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
After 3 days, we will not be able to process your return request.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at [email protected] with your order number, a brief explanation, and photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect).
  • Our team will respond within 1–2 business days to guide you through the return process.

The item must be returned to our designated address (provided upon approval) within 7 days of receiving our return confirmation.

4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • If approved, a refund will be issued via bank transfer within 7 business days.
  • Refunds are not provided in cash due to our COD-only system.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping must be covered by the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item, please follow the return process and place a new order.
